Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications developed and published by Dr. Atif Elnil on the Apple App Store, including all current and future applications released under the same developer account.

No Data Collection

These applications do not collect, store, process, transmit, or share any personal data or personally identifiable information. All clinical reference content operates entirely on-device.

✦ No accounts are created. No login is required. No usage data, analytics, or diagnostic information is collected at any time.
✦ For non-subscription applications, no internet connection is required for normal use.

No Third-Party Services

These applications do not integrate any third-party SDKs, advertising networks, analytics frameworks, crash reporting services, or tracking technologies. No user data is shared with any external party under any circumstances.

Subscriptions and Apple App Store

Some applications under this developer account are offered on a subscription basis. For those applications:

✦ Subscription billing is handled entirely by the Apple App Store using your Apple ID. The developer does not see, receive, or store any payment information, credit card details, or financial data. All payment processing is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
✦ When using a subscription application, your device will briefly contact Apple's servers to verify your subscription status via the StoreKit framework. This communication is between your device and Apple. The developer receives no personally identifiable information from these checks — only an anonymous confirmation that a valid subscription exists for the device.
✦ Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. To manage, view, or cancel any subscription, go to: iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. The developer cannot directly cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
✦ Free trial periods (where offered) automatically convert to paid subscriptions if not cancelled before the trial ends. Apple's standard terms apply.
✦ No subscription history, payment data, or billing information is ever transmitted to or stored by the developer.
